  Our shipping goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.  Our orders shipped using USPS, FedEx & UPS from our established location within 3-5 business days, Monday through Saturday. Additionally, in order to help ensure the safe transportation of our products, all orders will require an adult signature upon delivery, particularly due to the extensive value of our luxury items. Tracking information will be sent to your email as an extra added layer of protection.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Bangin Bags & Accessories accepts returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery if any of the following apply:
 

  • The item is not as it was described in the listing

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item condition was not properly described

  • The item is defective

  • The item is not jewelry or promotional product

  • The item was not on sale or clearance

We want to make sure that the return process is simple for our customers.  The day we receive your return inquiry we will respond back at first chance to inform you how your inquiry will be handled. All return shipping expenses is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the purchased item(s) is received by us and returned back in the manner it was sent, a full refund will be issued.

Shipment fees will not be refunded, this pertains to shoppers who did not use our free shipping option when checking out. The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
